For 50 years, the 3HO international community has helped to share Kundalini Yoga; brought inspiring events and activities to communities around the world; supported meditation and yoga in areas where they otherwise would not be available; and supported the personal transformation of many out of addiction, stress, and other human conditions that make the path to our destinies difficult.
But 3HO is nothing without the people in it. It is your story, your service, your power, and your practice that forms the essence of our legacy. In this 50th Anniversary year, we invite you to become more involved than ever. We want to hear from you, support you, and watch you serve.
Before our founder, Yogi Bhajan, passed, he issued this urgent request: "Live for each other."
